Anybody got a surefire cure for a migraine? I can't seem to get rid of this thing...

Vodka? True, you may have a worse headache in the morning, but thing of the good times in between.
My friend, a trauma doctor, has migranes, and he prescribed himself imitrex--it comes in a little Star-Trek style injector...he says it makes him violently ill for about ten minutes and then it's smooth sailing.
How's that sound? Shoot up, throw up, feel GREAT!
Try finding somewhere that seels Migralieve tablets, if you can. 30 minutes after taking it, the migraine magically disappears if you take it pretty near the beginning of the migraine. If not, sometimes it works, sometimes not... It's useful to have around, anyway.
